Lucy Saxon is 28 and lives in Hertfordshire with her parents, dreaming wistfully of the day she can move out and own a house filled with corgis.
Growing up, Lucy spent more time in the saddle than with two feet on the ground, spending any free time she could around horses. That changed when she was diagnosed with M.E./CFS at the age of twelve, after a lengthy period of illness.
From then on, her life was far less active, and she became more interested in delving into fictional worlds - eventually deciding to create her own. This led first to the world of Fanfiction, then eventually to NaNoWriMo, which led to her debut novel, Take Back the Skies, published at the age of nineteen.
